Beach Walks
![]()
15 dogs and a whole lot more people attended the Beach Walk & Champagne Breakfast held at Pipeline Beach, Amanzimtoti. We were blessed with lovely weather, and dogs and people alike had a super time. We walked on the beach for an hour, many of the dogs going into the surf. When we arrived back to the car park, we were treated to bacon and egg rolls and champagne & orange juice.
COUNTRY WALK in the Natal Midlands Although only 16 humans with 8 dogs attended the Country Walk in August, it was thoroughly enjoyed by dogs and humans alike. We had an easy walk through the most delightful countryside, culminating by a cooling paddle in the Lions River. Our own dog Lizzie lay down in the water to cool off, whilst other dogs swam and splashed to their hearts delight. We made our way back to the shady parking area to enjoy tasty hamburgers and juice, and a good old chin wag. We thank Anita Baert for leading the walk and thanks to Chris & Jill Griffith for allowing us to walk on their beautiful property. Anita has another walk up her sleeve, so if you missed this one, look out for the next. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
